Plonk Wine Club memberships and gift memberships that have a duration of 3, 6, or 12 months are prepaid at the time of purchase in the form of a non-refundable one-time credit card payment. Plonk Wine Club memberships and gift memberships that are monthly are billed on a monthly basis on the first day of every month for the duration of the membership.
All wine club shipments get sent out the first week of each month. Members who purchase a Plonk Wine Club prior to the 31st day of the month (or the equivalent of the last day of the month) will be included in the next scheduled club shipment. Members who purchase a Plonk Wine Club after the 31st day of the month (or the equivalent of the last day of the month) will be included in the following month's club shipment. Shipments may take between five to ten business days to arrive.
You can choose to receive 2, 4 or 12 bottles (case) of wine in your monthly shipment.
Yes! You may change your wine club shipment type (mixed, all reds, or all whites) by contacting us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 1-877-50-PLONK (75665).
Yes and yes! We offer a 10% discount on all reorders of wines that were featured in your monthly shipments. We also offer an additional 25% discount on shipping for all case (12 bottle) reorders. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or 1-877-50-PLONK (75665) to place a reorder for additional bottles of wines you received in your monthly shipments.
No! At the Plonk Wine Club, we do the picking and you do the drinking! We do all the work so that you don’t have to. Once you purchase a wine club, your monthly shipments will automatically arrive on your doorstep or on your gift recipient’s doorstep. You don’t need to do a thing!

Yes, the delivery carrier will require a signature from someone 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine club packages, we suggest having your wine club shipments sent to an office address where someone 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the packages. The delivery carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver the package and then will return the package to us. If you would like your package to be reshipped to you or your gift recipient, you will be charged a return shipment fee of $15 for all 2 bottle packages, $25 for all 4 bottle packages, and $45 for all 12 bottle packages.

No, we will not contact your wine club gift recipient via email or phone prior to the arrival of their first shipment, so the wine club gift will be kept a surprise. We request that you provide your gift recipient's email address as we send all of our members, including wine club gift recipients, monthly emails that contain tracking information for each shipment. We request that you provide your gift recipient's phone number in the event that the delivery carrier needs to contact the recipient about their package delivery.
Yes! We can provide you with a custom gift letter to send to your gift recipient prior to their first wine club gift shipment. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 1-877-50-PLONK (75665) to request a custom gift letter for your wine club gift.
Our 2 bottle clubs feature 2 different wine selections each month, with 1 bottle of each wine included in the shipment. Similarly, our 4 bottle clubs feature 4 different wine selections each month, with 1 bottle of each wine included in the shipment.
Our 12 bottle case clubs feature 3 bottles each of 4 different wine selections, for a total of 12 bottles.
Yes! Please contact us via phone at 1-877-50-PLONK (75665) or via email at email@example.com and we will process your order for you over the phone if you have an international billing address but are shipping to a recipient located within the United States.
Yes, we are happy to change your delivery address once your or your gift recipient's shipment has already been sent out. You will be charged a $15 address change fee to reroute the package to a new address once it is mid-transit. Delivery address changes that are made between shipments will be free of charge.
