Wine Club Membership Cancellations

Plonk Wine Club memberships and wine club gifts that have a duration of 3, 6, or 12 months are prepaid at the time of purchase, and are final. Plonk Wine Club memberships that are monthly may be canceled if the customer contacts Plonk Wine Merchants LLC in writing, no later than one week (seven days) prior to the next scheduled billing date (the first day of the following month), to terminate the membership.

Wine Club Billing

Plonk Wine Club memberships and wine club gifts that have a duration of 3 months are prepaid at the time of purchase as a one time charge of $149.97 (plus applicable tax) for our 2 bottle clubs, $269.97 (plus applicable tax) for our 4 bottle clubs, and $749.97 (plus applicable tax) for our 12 bottle (case) clubs.

Plonk Wine Club memberships and wine club gifts that have a duration of 6 months are prepaid at the time of purchase as a one time charge of $299.94 (plus applicable tax) for our 2 bottle clubs, $539.94 (plus applicable tax) for our 4 bottle clubs, and $1,499.94 (plus applicable tax) for our 12 bottle (case) clubs.

Plonk Wine Club memberships and wine club gifts that have a duration of 12 months are prepaid at the time of purchase as a one time charge of $599.88 (plus applicable tax) for our 2 bottle clubs, $1079.88 (plus applicable tax) for our 4 bottle clubs, and $2,999.88 (plus applicable tax) for our 12 bottle (case) clubs.

Plonk Wine Club memberships that are monthly are charged on a monthly basis in increments of $49.99 (plus applicable tax) for our 2 bottle clubs, $89.99 (plus applicable tax) for our 4 bottle clubs, and $249.99 (plus applicable tax) for our 12 bottle (case) clubs. Billing for monthly memberships takes place on the first day of every month for the duration of the membership.

Exchanges for Damaged Bottles

Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-50-PLONK (75665) or help@plonkwineclub.com, within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery, to report broken, corked or otherwise damaged products and to request an exchange.

Discounts on Reorders of Additional Bottles

The Plonk Wine Club offers a 10% discount on all reorders of wines that were featured in your monthly shipments. We also offer an additional 25% discount on shipping for all case (12 bottle) reorders. Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-50-PLONK (75665) or help@plonkwineclub.com to place a reorder for additional bottles of wines you received in your monthly shipments.

100% Money Back Guarantee

The Plonk Wine Club offers a 100% money back guarantee on any wines you don't love. Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-50-PLONK (75665) or help@plonkwineclub.com for assistance if you are unsatisfied with your wines.

Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

Plonk Wine Merchants LLC does not sell alcoholic beverages to people under the age of 21. An adult signature (at least 21 years of age) will be required upon delivery of all shipments. By using this site you affirm that you are over the age of 21 and that any alcohol you purchase from this site is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, Plonk Wine Merchants LLC will cause you to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
