Txakoli is a slightly spritzy, dry and zippy wine that hails from Spain's Basque country. This salty, mouth-watering, citrusy example is comprised primarily of Hondarribi Zuri, one of the classic Txakoli varieties, as well as small amounts of Chardonnay and Petit Corbu. Lean, linear and racy, this is bold and super delicious and was made by Chilean winemaker Jose Hernandez who makes wine both in Chile and Spain.
