Bueyes is a small, family-owned winery based in the high elevation region of La Consulta in Mendoza's Uco Valley in Argentina. Their organic, small-production wines are extremely distinctive and savory in style, striking the perfect balance between power and elegance. This grippy, beautifully structured bottling is made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and shows notes of cedar, cocoa nibs and black cherry fruit. This saw 10 months in a combination of French and American oak prior to bottling.
