This tangy, super bright blend of 55% Semillon, 36% Chardonnay and 9% Fiano hails from the Adelaide Hills in Australia and was made by female winemaker Charlotte Hardy. Grown organically, this opens with delicate white flower aromas and moves into a racy, beautifully textured palate full of pineapple and Granny Smith apple fruit, chalky minerals and zesty acidity.
