This light, sprightly, very precise wine is comprised of 80% Cinsault, 15% Grenache and 5% Carignan grown in organic vineyards located between the Languedoc and the Southern Rhone in France. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and brought up in concrete tank, this is super expressive and fragrant with intense mulberry and raspberry flavors filling out the bright, zesty palate. Perfect with a bit of a chill.
