This broad, honeyed, native yeast fermented and organically farmed bottling is made of 100% Jacquere, which is indigenous to the Savoie region of eastern France, not far from neighboring Switzerland. Sourced from the appellation of Abymes, which is situated in an Alpine valley, this is clean, lush and generous on the palate with lovely crushed sea salt, citrus, and lamb's wool aromatics.
