This certified organic and biodynamically farmed bottling is made of 100% Cortese, the classic variety used for the wines of Gavi in Piemonte, Italy. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and brought up in stainless steel, this is fresh and alive in the glass with vibrant acidity and crisp aromatic notes of granny smith apple, kaffir lime and meyer lemon. Zesty and pure, this is an excellent, textbook expression of Gavi.
