This certified organic bottling from the Cotes du Rhone in France features a ripe, broad-shouldered blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan. Made by a very unusual co-op in the Southern Rhone that focuses on natural winemaking, this is expansive on the palate with lush wild forest berry fruit and subtle notes of dried herbes de Provence. Raised in concrete for 9 months, this was fermented with wild yeasts and was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
