Bottled with no additional sulfur, this spritzy Methode Ancestrale bottling delivers a super fragrant palate teeming with snappy notes of granny smith apple, pineapple and gardenia. Maanschijn, the name of this producer, means "moonshine" in Dutch which is cheekily ironic since this sassy wine is the farthest thing from moonshine.
