This elegant, biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir was harvested by hand from the limestone rich vineyards of Kallstadt. Run by the Rings sibling trio, the second sorting and destemming takes place in the sustainable winery facility with some whole clusters left in for complexity and structure. After a short maceration the crushed must ferments with wild yeasts, and the wine is then aged in new and reused French barriques. No fining, no filtration. The signature Rings style of elegance, finesse and minerality that are a fingerprint of their Pfalz origin.
