This flinty, crunchy, energetic rosé is made of 100% Zweigelt and hails from Langenlois, just north of Vienna in Austria. Certified organic, this was made by Stefan Rosner, who is one of Austria's rising star natural winemakers. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled with very minimal sulfur, this is mineral and dry, with fragrant notes of cranberry, wild strawberry, rose petal and sea salt.
