Stadlmann is a very historic estate located in Traiskirchen in the Thermenregion in Austria that dates back to the 1700s. Their citrusy, peppery Gruner Veltliner was grown organically on limestone soils, yielding a salty, chalky bottling that was fermented with wild yeasts in large neutral oak barrels. Showing lovely concentration and lemony acidity, this is super varietal and very elegant in style.
