Edelzwicker is the term for a white blend that utilizes any of the officially permitted Alsatian white varieties. This organically grown Edelzwicker hails from California's Central Coast with a nod to Alsace, but unlike traditional Edelzwickers, this one has skin contact, making it pink in hue, almost rosé-like. A blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Muscat Ottonel, this is dry, lush, floral and unfiltered, showing gorgeous apricot, lychee, pink grapefruit, white peach and white nectarine flavors.
