This very complex and impressive spumante bottling hails from the northern Italian region of Friuli and is made of 100% Ribolla Gialla. Bottle fermented according to Methode Champenoise, this leads with yeasty brioche aromas and a very fine mousse and moves into a fresh and floral palate showing crisp gala apple, green plum and gardenia notes. Only 200 cases produced in total.
