This citrusy Sauvignon Blanc bottling was grown organically and biodynamically in the Loire Valley region of Pouilly-Fume by Rachel and Pascal Kerbiquet who are self-proclaimed organic activists. Flinty minerality, briny sea salt notes and zippy white grapefruit and meyer lemon flavors dominate the palate on this excellent bottling.
