Domaine Rotier Gaillac Les Gravels $23.75
Domaine Rotier Gaillac Les Gravels

This organically grown bottling hails from a region called Gaillac in the southwest of France and is made of 80% Loin de l'Oeil, an indigenous variety to this area, and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Very reminiscent of Picpoul which you see in the Languedoc, this wine is salty and mineral, yielding fresh, crisp notes of honeydew melon and pomelo.
