Karthauserhof Bruno Riesling Dry $26.75
The Karthauserhof monastery, which was founded in 1335, was the pioneer of dry-style Riesling in the famed Mosel region of Germany. This organically grown bottling was named after Bruno of Cologne, the founder of the Carthusian order, and displays the most incredible crushed slate minerality that this appellation is known for. Racy and vibrant, this shows alluring notes of passion fruit, pineapple, granny smith apple and crunchy sea salt.
