Piekenierskloof Cinsault $24.75
This fragrant, wild berry-scented bottling hails from the Piekenierskloof plateau in South Africa, just north of Swartland, and is comprised of 100% dry-farmed Cinsault. Grown on ungrafted bush vines planted in the 1950s, this certified sustainable wine has an incredibly bright personality, showing sassy red currant, red raspberry and bing cherry fruit, as well as fabulous concentration on the palate. 50% of the wine was aged in neutral French oak for 12 months.
