This organically grown, native yeast fermented Bardolino hails from Lake Garda in Italy's Veneto region and is made up of 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella. Floral and delicate, this is a lovely natural wine showing intriguing notes of bergamot, earl grey tea and red currant fruit, and was bottled with very low sulfur after being aged for a few months in neutral barrel.
