This bright, super concentrated Pinot Gris hails from the Pfalz region of Germany and was grown organically and biodynamically. A sort of wintertime rosé, this was macerated on the skins for 12-18 hours which turns the wine a pale shade of salmon, since Pinot Gris skins are light pink in hue. You'll get loads of honeyed pear and grapefruit peel on this very cool wine.
