This fascinating, sea salt-scented bottling was grown organically on the Italian island of Sicily and is made of the indigenous white grape variety Inzolia, which was historically used in the fortified wines of Marsala. Made by female winemaker Marilena Barbera, this wine opens with lovely herbaceous aromas and notes of crushed almonds and moves into a citrusy, mineral palate.
