Chateau Coupe-Roses Bara Gwin Minervois $29.25
Chateau Coupe-Roses Bara Gwin Minervois

This Demeter-certified biodynamic and certified organic bottling was grown on a huge limestone plateau in the region of Minervois in France's Languedoc by the Calvez family, who has farmed the land in this appellation for centuries. A blend of 35% Cinsault, 35% Grenache and 30% Syrah, this shows incredible aromatic notes of boysenberry, blueberry and mulberry fruit, offset by warming tones of allspice, clove and star anise. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and bottled with no added sulfur, this is deep, complex and all around delicious.
