This fresh, floral, certified organic and biodynamically grown bottling is made of 100% Teroldego from the mountainous Vigneti Delle Dolomiti region of Alto Adige in northern Italy. The De Vescovi family has been operating their estate since the late 1600s, focusing on indigenous grapes that are native to this region. This sassy expression of Teroldego underwent partial carbonic maceration and shows lifted acidity, tangy red raspberry and black currant fruit, and is fabulous served with a slight chill.
