Domaine Maurice Schoech is a very historic, certified organic producer based in Alsace, France that dates back to the 1600s. Their honeyed, very delicate Sylvaner bottling comes from the village of Kaysersberg and is soft and elegant in the mouth, with lovely aromatics of white peach, apricot, bartlett pear and white blossoms. Clean and mineral with bright acidity and a silky mouthfeel.
