This certified organic old vines Gamay bottling hails from the Pierres Dorées area in the south of Beaujolais and is made by father and son team Dominique and Nicolas Romy, who are 10th generation winemakers in this region. A gorgeous, perfumed expression of Gamay, with floral aromas of fresh violets and deep, complex raspberry and red currant fruit filling out the lean, juicy palate. Fermented with wild yeasts and vinified with minimal intervention winemaking.
