This sustainably farmed, native yeast fermented Loire Valley rosé hails from the appellation of Touraine and is made of 100% Gamay. Domaine Saint Roch is run by the Bardon family whose winemaking roots date back to the 19th century. Their hillside property lies on soils rich in flint which gives their wines a distinctive flinty minerality. Pale copper in hue and dainty in style, this crisp, dry, delicate rosé shows lovely layers of wild red currant, raspberry and strawberry fruit backed by lemony acidity.
