Field Recordings PPP Piquette
$32.00

PPP stands for Paso Piquette Project, a fundraising effort benefitting the Independent Restaurant Coalition which helps small restaurants that were hit hard during the Covid pandemic. Pale purple in hue, this lightly sparkling red wine is made of the pomace from Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah and Albarino sourced from 7 producers throughout Paso Robles, California including Alta Colina, Booker, Desparada, Fableist, Field Recordings, Giornata, Herman Story, Levo, Sans Liege and Villa Creek. Showing raspberry, blueberry, concord grape and lavender notes, this spritzy "wine tea" was made by steeping dried grape skins in water, and is just lovely.
