This exotic, organically farmed orange wine hails from the appellation of Zitsa, which is located in the Greek region of Ioannina. Made of 80% Debina and 20% Gewurztraminer, this was macerated on the skins for 30 days and fermented with indigenous yeasts. Exuberant, clean, and full-bodied in style, this wine delivers intriguing notes of rose petal, eucalyptus, kumquat, mandarin orange and bergamot.
