This lush, beautifully textured Silvaner hails from the Rheinhessen region of Germany and was grown organically and biodynamically by brothers Christian and Martin Hannemann, who are the fourth generation in their family to work the vines on their very historic estate, which dates back to 746 AD. Fermented spontaneously using wild yeasts, this shows spritzy minerality, ripe pineapple fruit and lovely viscosity on the palate.
