This tiny-production, medium-bodied, sustainably farmed, and vegan Pinot Noir hails from Siletto vineyard in the AVA of San Benito in California's Central Coast. Fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered, this is earthy and lusty with a very generous mid-palate displaying lots of fragrant stewed plum and morello cherry fruit.
