This rose petal and wild strawberry scented Valpolicella bottling is comprised of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella and was farmed organically and biodynamically in Italy's Veneto region. Soft, fresh and sassy in style, this is on the lighter-bodied side for Valpolicella and is great served with a slight chill. The Marcolini family who runs Il Monte Caro also manages olive trees, beehives, and vegetable and herb gardens on their organic farm.
