Founded in 1911, Jane Ventura makes elegant, extremely classy Cavas the old-school way, using Methode Champenoise. This rosé bottling shows yeasty aromas of brioche on the nose, a creamy, velvety mousse, and fragrant notes of wild strawberries on the palate.
