This exotically-spiced, organically farmed wine is made of 100% Syrah and hails from the Roussillon in France. Unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites, this delivers a lifted, concentrated palate teeming with alluring aromatic notes of black licorice, blackberry jam, and star anise. This was fermented with native yeasts using carbonic maceration, wherein the berries ferment from the inside out until they burst.
