This ample and mouth-filling bottling is made of 100% Verdejo which hails from the Spanish appellation of Rueda. Grown organically and aged for 6 months on its lees, this is bright, tropical, supple and beautifully textured, with vivid pink grapefruit, passion fruit and ripe pineapple flavors filling out the palate. This shows much more structure and complexity than most examples you'll see of Verdejo.
