Mas D’Amile Le Petitou
$28.75

This organically grown Mediterranean red blend hails from the Terrasses Du Larzac appellation within the Languedoc in France and was made by female winemaker Amelie d'Hurlaborde. Comprised of 60% Grenache, 20% Carignan and 20% Syrah grown on rocky, windy limestone vineyards in the village of Montpeyroux, this shows fabulous fruit intensity and richness on the palate with fragrant notes of licorice, black cherry and black olive tapenade. Farmed without the use of herbicides or pesticides and fermented with indigenous yeasts, this was aged in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel prior to bottling.
