This fresh, lacy, crystalline Cabernet Franc was farmed organically and biodynamically in the appellation of Chinon in France's Loire Valley. Red-fruited and medium-bodied in style, this boasts vibrant acidity, silky texture, crushed graphite minerality, and bright, juicy bing cherry fruit. This was made by Domaine de Pallus, whose very talented winemaker Bertrand Sourdais trained with Alvaro Palacios in Priorat and Château Mouton-Rothschild in Bordeaux before returning to his family winery.
