This organically grown bottling hails from the Spanish region of Penedes in Catalunya and was grown on 50 year old Xarel-lo vines. Xarel-lo was traditionally used as a blending grape in the region's famous sparkling Cavas and has now earned status as a stellar stand-alone variety for still white wines. Aged on its lees, this is the perfect crisp, clean, utterly refreshing wine, showing wet stone minerality and vivid granny smith apple, pineapple, pomelo and meyer lemon flavors.
