This certified organic, old vines blend of Grenache, Trepat and Carignan hails from the appellation of Montsant in Spain's Catalonia region. Juicy and chillable, this was fermented with wild yeasts using carbonic maceration with no sulfur additions in a combination of clay amphorae and cement eggs. Made by natural winemaker Alfredo Arribas, this is vibrant and alive in the glass with zesty pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry and bing cherry fruit filling out the palate.
