This bright, tangy, super expressive Spanish bottling was grown organically and biodynamically in the appellation of Montsant in Catalonia and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Grenache and Carignan. Perfect with a slight chill, this bottling exudes the most alluring aromas of hibiscus and pomegranate and moves into a sleek, sexy palate teeming with supple raspberry and sour cherry fruit. This was fermented with wild yeasts and is a fabulous example of Spain's natural winemaking movement.
