This dry-farmed, organically grown, old vines bottling is made of the French variety Cinsault and hails from Chile's Itata Valley, which is located within the southern region of Bio Bio. Pedro Parra is a world-renowned terroir specialist and his expert hand is very much present in this wine. This is pure and light on its feet, with a crisp, crystalline sensibility and an amazing concentration of flavor. Expect lots of red currant, raspberry and cracked black peppercorn notes.
