Rebula is the Slovenian counterpart of the Italian indigenous grape variety Ribolla Gialla. This organically grown, dry-farmed, hand-harvested and native yeast fermented wine reads like classic Chenin Blanc, showing elegant linden flower and beeswax aromas on a broad, honeyed palate. This very intriguing wine was grown in Slovenia's Vipava Valley.
