This summertime duo features two bright, vibrant, super aromatic sparkling wines that are perfectly suited to cool you off during the summer heat. The first featured wine, Das Juice Prosecco Pet-Nat, is an Australian "Prosecco" made of 100% Glera, the classic Italian variety. Grown organically in Alpine Valley, Victoria, this Pet-Nat is a funky style of sparkling wine made by bottling partially-fermented wine and trapping the natural CO2 that is caused by the fermentation under a crown cap. Unfined and unfiltered, this minimal intervention bottling shows lovely notes of chamomile and jasmine flowers, dainty citrus flavors, and fragrant bartlett pear fruit.

The second featured wine, Villa di Corlo Rolfshark Lambrusco di Sorbara, is a certified organic, coral-hued Lambrusco from the Italian appellation of Emilia-Romagna. Unlike red Lambruscos you may have tried before, this unusual bottling is a Rosato, made of 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara. Creamy, elegant, and super aromatic, this is gorgeous and substantial on the palate, with mouth-watering notes of wild strawberry, raspberry and cranberry fruit.
