This certified organic bottling from Carnuntum in Austria is a blend of 25% Gruner Veltliner, 60% Weissburgunder and 15% Welschriesling. Fermented whole cluster with 12 hours of skin contact, this is richly textured, golden in hue, and was aged in a combination of stainless steel, large oak barrels and clay amphorae. Broad and ample on the palate, this very unique wine shows baked apple, spiced pear and ripe pineapple notes.
