Former wine marketer Etty Lewensztain focuses on organic and biodynamic wines from small producers. Customers can choose either the “curated” club, letting Lewensztain surprise them (though they can still specify red or white), or the “grape variety” club, which comes in Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc — and may include some “doppelganger” grapes (e.g. Dolcetto in the Pinot Noir shipment; Tannat with Cabernet).

With grapes like Scheurebe and Saperavi, the obscurity quotient is high, but these are esoteric wines wrapped in approachable packaging.
