Plonk Wine Club subscriptions and wine club gifts that have a duration of 3, 6 or 12 months are prepaid at the time of purchase, and are non-refundable. Plonk Wine Club subscriptions and wine club gifts that are monthly or quarterly may be canceled if the customer contacts Plonk Wine Club via email or phone, no later than seven business days prior to the next scheduled billing date (the first day of the following month), to terminate the subscription.
Monthly and Quarterly Wine Club Billing
Billing for monthly and quarterly subscriptions takes place at the time of purchase for the first month and then on the first day of each subsequent month for the duration of the subscription.
Exchanges for Damaged Bottles
