Can I order additional bottles of a wine I received in one of my wine club shipments?
Yes! You can reorder additional bottles of current and past wines featured in your shipments in our Wine Shop. There is a 6 bottle minimum for orders and we offer free shipping for all orders.
Do your wine clubs feature multiple/identical bottles of the same wine each month or do I get 4, 6 and 12 different wine selections?
Our 4 and 6 bottle wine clubs feature 4 and 6 different wine selections each month, with 1 bottle of each included in the shipment. Our 12 bottle wine clubs feature 2 bottles each of 6 different wine selections.
When I purchase a wine club, do I need to select which wines I want to receive?
No! We do the curating and you do the drinking.
When do wine club shipments get sent out?
All wine club shipments get sent out the first week of each month. Members who purchase a Plonk Wine Club on or prior to the 1st day of the month will be included in the next scheduled club shipment. Members who purchase a Plonk Wine Club after the 1st day of the month will be included in the following month's club shipment. Shipments may take between five to ten business days to arrive.
How many bottles of wine are included in each shipment?
We offer 4, 6 and 12 bottle options for all wine club subscriptions and wine club gifts.
Can I change my wine club shipment type from a mixed selection to all reds or all whites?
Yes! You may change your wine club shipment type by contacting us for assistance at email@example.com or at 1-877-50-PLONK (75665).
Can I reroute my package to a new address once it has already been shipped?
Yes! We are happy to change your delivery address once your or your gift recipient's shipment has already been shipped. You will be charged a $20 address change fee to reroute the package to a new address once it is mid-transit. Delivery address changes that are made between shipments are free of charge.
Does someone need to be home to sign for my or my gift recipient's shipments?
Yes! The delivery carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine club shipments, we strongly suggest having your wine club shipments sent to an office or business address where an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipments. The delivery carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver the shipment and will then return the shipment to us. If you would like your shipment to be reshipped to you or your gift recipient, you will be charged a return shipment fee of $32 for all 4 bottle shipments, $40 for all 6 bottle shipments and $57 for all 12 bottle shipments.
Does my gift recipient need to activate his/her gift subscription in order to begin receiving shipments?
No! No activation of any kind is required for your gift recipient to begin receiving his/her shipments. Once you purchase a gift subscription, shipments will automatically begin according to our standard monthly shipment schedule.
How does billing work?
Plonk Wine Club subscriptions and wine club gifts that have a duration of 3, 6 or 12 months are prepaid at the time of purchase in the form of a non-refundable one-time credit card payment. Billing for monthly, bimonthly and quarterly subscriptions takes place at the time of purchase for the first month and then on the first day of each subsequent month for the duration of the subscription.
How do I update my shipping address, billing address, or credit card information?
