This organically grown Morellino di Scansano hails from the Maremma region of coastal Tuscany and is a blend of 85% Sangiovese with small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Montepulciano and Canaiolo. Grippy and earthy with fantastic tannic structure, this is a savory wine that displays notes of black olive, dried wild herbs, bittersweet chocolate and dusty red cherry fruit.
