Chateau La Coustarelle is located in the village of Prayssac in Cahors, which is the historic home of the Malbec grape in southwest France where it is referred to as Cot. Made of 90% Malbec and 10% Tannat, this top-tier bottling is polished and deeply concentrated displaying sleek black fruit, black licorice, smooth lines and velvety tannins. This wine was raised in French oak, 20% of which was new.

Chateau La Roque is a certified biodynamic winery in Pic Saint Loup which dates back to the 8th century! Romans planted the winery's first vines and Benedictine monks constructed the winery's vaulted cellars. This floral, beautifully concentrated old vines Mourvedre bottling bears a bright purple hue and displays incredibly fresh blackberry and black cherry fruit, along with fragrant notes of licorice and sweet baking spices. Mouth-filling and expansive, this was fermented with wild yeasts and spent 18 months in neutral French oak.
