This organic and biodynamic blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Grenache Blanc possesses the best qualities of each of these grape varieties, woven together in perfect harmony. You'll see Chardonnay's racy acidity and fragrant apple and pear notes alongside Grenache Blanc's lush texture and spicy nutmeg and white pepper aromas. This very unique wine spent 7 months in neutral oak barrels prior to bottling.

Pagadebit translates to "cash cow" in the local Italian dialect spoken in Romagna where this soft, floral wine was grown. Farmed organically and biodynamically, this is made of the indigenous grape Bombino Bianco, which very much resembles the Garganega grape used in the wines of Soave in northern Italy in terms of its aromatic profile. You'll find delicate stone fruit flavors, elegant minerality and fresh acidity here.
